xD Afterwards you move around on a Board with little circles. It’s a pretty easy game, I think at some point the computer let me win. You go through a game against yourself (Just dressed differently) after Brie explains to you and the other starter character (Scout in my case). You choose either Scout or Hana as your character, and also mark if you’re a lefty or righty. Going over to Single Player mode weilds a storyline where your goal (According to Brie) is to conquer areas (Each Course) to save PangYa land! *laughs* Somewhat silly, but anyways.
Until you load up other characters from your Single Player game, you have Hana, Scout, Cecilia, and Uncle Bob as character choices in Multiplayer only. Multiplayer has some mini games as well as pure stroke/match play. Well, at least my sister will play from time to time.Īnyways, There’s two modes of play, Multiplayer and Single Player, just like any other party-type game. I don’t need to just beat the crud out of people. xD This is also partially to tide my Console-Gaming over until Soul Calibur IV comes out towards the end of the month. Well, I had to go to the mall anyways and get my perscription for my contacts, and we had time to spare so my mom gave me and my sister some cash and we bought some games.

Winning a given match also unlocks new characters, caddies, and items which can be purchased in the shop. As players successfully defeat opponents, they earn the right to play against more difficult opponents on different courses. Players select a character and then a course, which determines the number of holes, typically 3, 6 or 9, and the opponent. Complete with an anime-inspired storyline, the objective of this tournament is to defeat all opponents in match play. The Wii single-player story mode is named PangYa Festa. An alternative control system is to use just the buttons on the Wii Remote similar to how the game is played on the PC, including the same key combinations for power shots. If the controller is rotated or twisted as the player swings forward, the resulting shot will hook or slice. The angle and speed of the forward swing is used to determine how close the actual shot comes to the desired shot. Once ready, players then hold down the "A" button and swing forward. To swing, players raise the controller behind them (as with a real golf club) until the on-screen power meter reaches the desired point. Players use the Wii Remote to scroll and pan around the course, as well as to actually execute shots.
In all modes, Pang (currency) can be earned and later spent on additional clothing or gear. In single player, these include a story mode, stroke play mode, and match mode, while in multiplayer, Balloon Pop mode replaces the story mode. Both the single player and multiplayer game feature three different modes of play. While very similar to the online PangYa, Super Swing Golf is slightly different in the areas of control and content. The game was a launch title for the Wii in Japan. Super Swing Golf ( PangYa! Golf With Style in Europe, and Swing Golf PangYa in Japan) is a Wii version of the online golf game, PangYa.
